What is VoIP?

Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP, for short) is telephony that uses the Internet infrastructure.

How can VoIP help you?

  • cut costs: it's cheaper than classical telephony, no matter how cheap it may be in Romania. And for international calls, you can see the difference.
  • organize audio conferences, internal and not only, you can configure how your employees' phones will ring, you can even set up your own call center, just as you want it.
  • extract real-time reports about what happens in your company: who talks on the phone and for how long, what customers were called, who called them. This way you can quickly evaluate how your business is doing.
  • place and receive video calls. And since Romanian internet is reliable, fast and cheap, you can even broadcast in HD, and you won't feel a thing.
  • have coverage wherever you have Internet access. And since there is always either Wi-Fi or a 3G/4G network available, you can call and be called anywhere. Yes, we know, it's not a big deal in Romania because mobile calls are cheap. But if you are on vacation in Turkey or Switzerland, or doing business in Serbia or Moldova, is it not better to talk virtually for free over Wi-Fi, than pay 1.5 EUR/minute in roaming fees?

How easy is it to get VoIP to work?

Well, it's not easy... not at all, actually. If you have no idea what RFC 3261, SIP, TCP/IP Stack, T.38, NAT Transversal, Media Proxy, and many other such fancy terms stand for, you will probably give up quickly.

What if you have trouble with VoIP?

Well, actually, it's no big deal, because we know all this and much more! Whatever your needs regarding initial set-up, maintenance, new additions to your telecommunications system, we will be taking care of it.
